Reba and Kelly Concert

Last night was a special night for Emily and I. Mandy, Gary, Emily and I went up to Cleveland. We had dropped the two younger kids off at there grandma's and Papa's House to stay the night. Why the rest of the rest of us went to Cleveland. The reason why we went to Cleveland was because Emily and I went to see Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson. I had gotten tickets for Emily B-Day. I have always wanted to see Reba in Concert. Emily wanted to go because she liked both of them. Emily started liking Reba after she heard some of her song, and when I told her I had gotten us tickets she was so excited. While we where at the concert Gary and Mandy went out to eat for Gary's B-day. Emily and I had so much fun. We had such good seats. Where we were sitting we were only 9 roles from the floor and maybe 40 feet from the stage. The concert started at 8:00 p.m., but we got there at 7:15 p.m. We sat next to a girl that Loves Reba a little more than we do. I was so happy that i could talk to someone that know her shows like we did. Her, Emily, and I talked the whole time til the concert started. She was really cool. When it started Emily, that girl and I screamed so loud. All of the songs where really good. When the concert was over we meant Mandy and Gary out front where the concert was. After we got into the car Emily and I where so hyper that we talk until we got half way home. Well I will let Emily tell you some of the stuff about the concert. Here are some Pictures.

When i saw that they where coming to Cleveland i was so happy to because i have always wanted to see Reba McEntire Concert ever since i heard her music. Well i will tell you all more about the Concert and I will have some pictures up sometime this weekend.

My Memory Of DA!

It seems like I have known DA forever. I remember when DA was just a little boy. When I started to go to church of the King he was around ten. He was one of the funniest kids there. DA at times had his moments where he got on your nerves but then you always had to forgive him. He knew he was getting on your nerves, so he would do something funny. Even when DA was younger he always had that smile on his face, and he made you feel like you where a part of his family. One year, I am not sure how old he and I where, but I had taken my cousins Emily and Josh to Pleasant street park.We had been down there for maybe an hour or so, when all of a sudden we heard hey Erin. We all looked up and there was DA, JR, Belle, and Thaddeus. They had walked through the trail that led you from their old house to the park. They had asked us to walk back, and at that time I hated walking through woods that was muddy. DA did not care, so by the time we got back to his house we where all dirty. When we got there we all had to use the hose and clean ourselves off before we wehre allowed to go in. We always had a good time together. Even after I left the church and had started to go to another church with my grandmother and even after I decided to come back to the church of the King DA had welcomed me back with open arms. When I first saw him he had the same smile on his face that he did when he was younger. I always loved the way he played the piano. When he played it i always got goose bumps. When I heard him sing for the first time I was shocked because when he was younger he did not get into it like he did now. DA was into plays. I was so glad when he asked us to go to it. The play was Beauty and the Beast. DA had gotten the part of the Beast. He was such a good actor. If I remember right he ate some of the hair that was on the mask. He tried really hard to get it out but he couldn't so everyone started to laugh. Two years ago our church youth group did an American Idol thing for the Chirstmas Program. DA was one of the contestants and he was dressed up like a farmer or a cowboy I can't remember. The somg and dance was funny because he had been all over that stage dancing and jumping around. When DA played the piano it was amazing because his fingurs moved really fast. You knew when he was not at church because you did not see that smiling face and he was always the first to come and greet you and give you a big hug. He was the type of person that did not care who was around when he gave you that big hug. I will never forget you and that smile of yours. I love you and I will miss you. But don't worry I will take care of Thaddeus!

Vacation (King Island And Columbus Zoo)

On July 9th Emily, Brenda, Janna and I left to go to Kings Island. Brenda had won 4 tickets off the Christian radio station for Spirt week at Kings Island. She could not find anyone else to go with them so they asked Emily and I. The tickets where only good for Thursday because that is when the News Boys where going to be there. We Left on Wednesday to drive to are hotel. Then on Thursday Morning we got up and around and went to Kings Island. It was so much fun. The Concert did not start til 8:00 p.m. so we did a lot of rides and water rides. We where there from opening to closing. The News Boys concert was so much fun. I could not believe how many people where there that stadium was filled. One thing that was really cool was when the drummer stand that he was on rose up into the air and then it started to spin. So that was Thursday night.

The next day we got up and decided to make a stop at the Columbus zoo. We got there around one o'clock and we got to see some of the animals. We tryed to see everything in a short period of time but it did not work. We saw all of the Monkeys and all of the snakes and water animals. We had a lot of fun at the Zoo for the short time we where there. And that was Emily, Brenda, Janna and my Vacation.

I will keep you all up dated. I would like everyone to keep patty and my family in there prays that would be great.
